I used to use these two and to be fair they do help somewhat but they tend to lead you to believe they will help more than they do. You must not only not sit directly on your butt but you must also change your lifestyle to be one that is less sedentary in general.
Make sure you walk as exercise more often and if you work in an office take regular standing or walking breaks and make it a habit!
